A beautiful magazine mostly focusing on unique and beautiful interior design. It also has some DIYs, recipes, cool products, etc. AND it’s totally free, once a month, online.
Tips for successful thrift shopping (great for consignment shopping, too). I’ve read a lot of similar articles, and this probably most closely fits with my methodology.
Sweaters to keep an eye out for this season.
This blog has LOADS of clothing alteration tutorials and DIYs. I like this one.
Feedly is my new best friend for keeping up with my blogs. PLUS, there’s an app for my iPhone…and it’s free.
Check out all the amazing bloggers (including myself) featured in this What We Wore Challenge hosted by What I Wore.
I’m dying to make this cake. Yum!
I’m going to my nearest Anthro for their Holiday Display Workshop next week (attendees get to help them make their holiday store decorations). Interested? See if one is happening near you…they’re free to attend, you just have to RSVP.
I hope you have a fantastic, relaxing weekend! And be excited about next week…I have some cool stuff coming up for the blog!

I’m going to try following your blog because I love finding 2nd hand bargains and you also have a lot of good nature photos. Your style isn’t quite a match to my own though. I like to mix expensive things that people recognize as top designer brands or expensive (designer jeans, pearls, my Bulova watch, etc) with thrift store and vintage clothes. This way I’m able to trick people into thinking I spent a fortune on my wardrobe and I get to have a more original funky look than everyone else who shops just at the mall.
Well thanks for giving me a try! I do occasionally splurge on new, high quality items, and I always try to buy mostly quality brands when buying secondhand because I know they will have the most life in them. My style tends to kind of be all over the place, so hopefully you can find some inspiration…and enjoy my nature photos if nothing else.
And I’m always open to ideas and suggestions. If I wear a piece and you envision a different/unique way to style it, share in the comments!
I’ve seen some traffic on my blog from Feedly and was wondering what it was… I’ll need to look into it! And I love that photo, it makes me want to travel to Ireland even more than I already do
